Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time junior-level position requires a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in cleaning procedures (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of sanitation standards to ensure the environment remains safe and hygienic.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within set deadlines.
  • Ability to follow and uphold the company's cleaning protocols and health regulations.
  • Attention to detail for identifying and addressing any areas that require additional cleaning or repair.
  • Reliable and punctual, showing commitment to regular attendance and timely task completion.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team to maintain seamless operations.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with other staff.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
  • Ensure restrooms are sanitized, stocked, and regularly maintained.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs within the facility.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies in cleaning processes.
  • Assist in organizing company events by setting up and cleaning up the venue.
  • Maintain supply inventory and inform management of any shortages or orders required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all areas of the facility are clean and organized.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
