Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Salem. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning common areas, handling laundry services, ensuring rooms are properly prepared for new residents, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. The role involves working closely with the management team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met consistently.

Qualifications

• Laundry and Housekeeping skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Training other staff members
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina to handle the workload
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
