Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Housekeeping Attendant to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of illnesses and maintain a safe environment.
Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest interaction skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
