Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
