Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
