Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Ginger Hotels, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Train and supervise new staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
