Hotel Sales

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the hotel, your main responsibility will be to identify, develop, and maintain business from corporate, group, travel agency, and event segments. You will conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing accounts to generate repeat business will also be crucial. Your role will involve preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiating terms to close sales. Furthermore, coordination with operations and front office will be necessary to ensure client satisfaction and the smooth execution of bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating client databases, sales reports, and market analysis. Attending trade shows and promotional activities will also be part of your role to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. - Experience: 2 to 5 years - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
