Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the Junior Hotel Sales position at our Jaipur office. As a full-time role, this position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in event coordination, lead generation, and upselling, essential for driving sales and fostering client relationships in the hospitality sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Event Coordination (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute events that drive sales and brand promotion.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in acquiring and nurturing leads to increase business opportunities and growth.
  • Upselling (Mandatory skill): Strong competence in encouraging clients to purchase upgrades or additional services.
  • Sales Presentations: Skillful in delivering compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experienced in managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation: Adept at negotiating contracts and terms to close deals that are favorable for the company and its clients.
  • Proposal Writing: Capable of creating detailed and persuasive proposals that align with clients’ needs and enhance business potential.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
