Hotel Manager

As a Hotel Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team to ensure the successful operation of the Park Inn By Radisson Surat. You will serve as the representative of the RHG brand, delivering memorable moments to both guests and team members. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the P&L of the hotel, planning and supervising daily operations, and managing a diverse workforce to ensure smooth and profitable business operations. You will be expected to act as a strong and professional business leader, fostering teamwork among hotel staff and upholding brand standards to exceed guest expectations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in communicating and executing company strategies while maintaining a close relationship between the central team and the hotel owners.
