Hotel Manager

Position: Senior Hotel Manager

Nestlay Hotels is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Hotel Manager to take charge of overall operations across all its properties. This is a leadership role suited for someone with a strong background in hospitality management, multi-property supervision, and team leadership.

Location: Based in Chennai, with oversight across multiple properties (including locations in Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Karnataka)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality across all locations
• Supervise and guide on-site managers, department heads, and support teams
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgeting, and performance reports
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and staff training across branches
• Conduct regular audits and ensure property compliance with brand standards
• Liaise with vendors, corporate clients, and top management
• Lead expansion-related planning, staffing, and onboarding at new properties

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience in hotel management, preferably with multi-property oversight
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Sound knowledge of hotel software systems and operational controls
• Willingness to travel between properties when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
