Hotel Manager

AYWA Suites is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of hospitality best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Hire, train, and supervise operations staff to maintain service quality and operational standards.
• Ensure a seamless check-in, stay, and check-out experience for all guests.
• Identify operational gaps and regularly conduct staff training and development sessions.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety regulations, and compliance policies.
• Maximize revenue by ensuring optimal room inventory availability and driving booking conversions.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty by handling escalations effectively.
• Monitor and enforce adoption of the Daybook for daily operations tracking and accountability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in hotel management in a similer role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in industry-relevant software.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
