The successful candidate will oversee the plastic injection molding process, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. If you have a strong background in injection molding operations and proven leadership abilities, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of operators, technicians, and other staff involved in the injection molding process. Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand and production targets. Monitor production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Optimize the injection molding process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements as needed. Maintain and repair injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety training and investigations as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
