Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform turning operations. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Load raw materials into machines and monitor operations to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with tolerances. Make necessary adjustments to machines and tools to maintain product quality. Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues to maintenance or supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Complete production and quality logs as required.
