Job Description

Managing budgets, forecasting income, and controlling expenses. Monitoring sales figures and implementing revenue management strategies. Maintaining financial records and preparing reports. Managing hotel facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing complaints Ensuring staff adhere to safety and security regulations Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy. Promoting the hotel and its facilities. Managing corporate bookings and events. Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements. Overseeing fire safety, building security, and site maintenance.
