We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Billing Executive for our jewellery retail store who can efficiently manage daily billing and accounting operations. The candidate must be comfortable with software tools and capable of handling financial documentation and bank-related work. Key Responsibilities: Operate billing & invoicing software for daily store transactions Prepare invoices, receipts, credit notes, and maintain accurate sales records Perform accounting entries and daily reconciliation Manage cash handling & petty cash Handle bank-related activities including deposits, withdrawals & reconciliations Maintain stock & inventory data and support periodic audits Assist in financial reporting and documentation Ensure compliance with GST and taxation guidelines Use Excel for daily reporting & data management Operate basic software's for digital tasks (if required for store operations) Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / B.Com or equivalent Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations Experience in accounts or billing role (Retail or Jewellery industry preferred) Familiarity with accounting/billing software Good communication & customer interaction skills Trustworthy, disciplined, and willing to learn What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Professional growth and skill development opportunities Supportive & respectful workplace environment If you meet the above criteria and wish to build your career in the jewellery retail industry, we’d love to hear from you!
