General Manager / Hotel Head – Hotel Kartik Palace Location: Varanasi Hotel Type: Premium / Business Hotel Employment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security. Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality standards. Manage staff hiring, training, duty rosters, and performance. Control costs, budgets, vendor contracts, and daily cash flow. Drive room sales, corporate bookings, events, and online travel portals (OTA). Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations. Handle VIP guests, complaints, and operational issues. Prepare daily and monthly operational & financial reports for management. Requirements: 5–10 years of experience as Hotel Manager / Operations Head / General Manager. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, OTAs, and revenue management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams and deliver consistent service quality.
