Job Title: Management Trainee – Hotel Management

Overview:
Das Kitchens is hiring a Management Trainee with a Master’s degree in Hotel Management (mandatory) for our fine dining, multi-cuisine restaurant. This is a hands-on training role designed to develop future leaders in premium restaurant operations, guest service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of a fine dining, multi-cuisine setup
• Shadow senior managers to learn service flow and kitchen coordination
• Support quality control, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Learn guest engagement, complaint handling, and table service etiquette
• Understand and assist with inventory, vendor, and cost control
• Gain exposure to staff supervision, shift planning, and SOPs

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Hotel Management (compulsory)
• Strong interest in fine dining and hospitality excellence
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Flexible, disciplined, and eager to learn
