Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at Nestlay Rooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel maintenance activities, including housekeeping and front desk operations.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal hotel performance.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall guest experience.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage budgets and allocate resources for efficient use of hotel funds.
Train and supervise staff members on maintenance procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
