Notice a problem before a guest complains

What You Will Do –
Real Daily WorkYou will be on-ground, not managing from a chair.
You will:
Inspect properties daily → rooms, housekeeping, readiness
Lead and train 10–20+ staff → explain, correct, coach, reinforce SOPs
Handle escalations → decide what to fix, what to delegate, what to escalate
Meet guests → listen, reassure, solve, empathize
Support sales teams → site visits, upsell, prepare for demand
Track numbers daily → expenses, revenue, bookings, feedback
Select & manage vendors → groceries, housekeeping, maintenance
Prepare resorts for peak load → weekends, weddings, holidays

Who Can Apply –

This role is suitable if you:
✔ Have 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles
✔ Have managed on-ground teams of at least 10–15 members
✔ Have worked directly with customers and handled complaints or escalations
✔ Have some exposure to B2C sales, lead handling, or demand generation
✔ Understand how to track expenses, revenue, and basic profitability
✔ Are comfortable inspecting properties and enforcing daily SOPs
✔ Can communicate in English and the local language
✔ Are mobile and comfortable travelling between properties
