We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a new, innovative residential villa project designed for regular business travelers in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the villa property. Supervise teams for housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Implement systems and procedures for smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or time-share resorts. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven ability to set up and manage hospitality operations independently.
