Hotel General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and banquets.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalations promptly.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.
• Drive room sales, banquet bookings, and F&B revenues.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor relations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the hotel staff to achieve service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with ownership for periodic reporting and business planning.
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience as

  General Manager

  at other hotels (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver results in a competitive market.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra.
