Job Title: General Manager – Hotel Location: Amravati, Maharashtra Salary: ₹30,000/month (negotiable based on experience & suitability) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee operations of our mid-scale hotel in Amravati. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent guest experience while managing costs and revenues effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and banquets. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalations promptly. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning. Drive room sales, banquet bookings, and F&B revenues. Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor relations. Lead, train, and motivate the hotel staff to achieve service excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with ownership for periodic reporting and business planning. Requirements: Prior experience as General Manager at other hotels (mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management. Ability to manage a team and deliver results in a competitive market. Based in or willing to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra.
