Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Oversee all departments - Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, guest management and Maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations. - Strategic OTA Management: Developing and executing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue through OTAs like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Expedia, Agoda, etc. Implementing and monitoring rate parity across all distribution channels. Optimizing room rates and availability based on demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing. Ensuring compelling and accurate hotel listings on OTAs, including descriptions, high-quality photos, and updated amenities - Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate our dedicated team to deliver outstanding, guest-centric service. - Guest Experience: Manage guest feedback and implement strategies to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Business Development: Identify and develop new revenue streams, forge partnerships with local businesses (tour operators, event planners, corporates), and create strategies to increase market share ,occupancy rates as well as event hall bookings. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive both direct bookings and OTA bookings - Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations - Workforce Planning & Job Analysis: Identifying current and future staffing requirements based on business objectives, growth, and employee turnover . Creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive job descriptions that outline responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and reporting structure Deciding on the best methods to find suitable candidates (e.g., internal promotion, job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs). Who We Are Looking For: ✅ at least 2-3 years of proven experience as General Manager, Assistant Manager ✅ A strategic mindset with experience or a strong interest in business development and revenue generation. ✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. ✅ Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities. ✅ A deep understanding of hotel management best practices. ✅ A commitment to exceptional guest service.
