Hospitality Manager

Job Purpose

Anurag University is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee hospitality operations across the campus. The role demands a professional who can ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, and represent the University's values with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Hospitality:

  Plan and execute hospitality protocols for university guests, including dignitaries, officials, and partners.

• Event Hospitality:

  Manage end-to-end hospitality for guests during university events, both on and off stage.

• Quality Management:

  Ensure the quality, presentation, and appropriateness of materials, items, and services used in hospitality.

• Training & Supervision:

  Train and guide staff/volunteers in hospitality protocols, etiquette, and service standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Collaborate with departments, vendors, and service providers to ensure consistency with the University's brand image and hospitality standards.

• Brand Standards:

  Uphold and promote the University's values of excellence, respect, and professionalism in all hospitality activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations, event hospitality, or guest relations.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
