Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process patient invoices, handle insurance claims, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage patient account records, and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the hospital administration.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on hospital expenses, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented.

Reception Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the hospital’s appointment system, schedule patient appointments, and confirm bookings.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the hospital’s general email account.
  • Patient Registration: Assist with patient registration, ensuring accurate entry of information into the hospital’s database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a finance role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
