Job Description

Answering over phone promptly and professionally.
Welcoming patients and visitors with smile and positive attitude.
Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Treat and handle the patient and patient attenders with empathy, courtesy and respect.
To give appointments for OP units.
To undertake the billing and registration process.
To ensure the OP flow in the doctor’s unit / service unit is maintained well.
To attend all hospital trainings and implement the changes, if required.
Collect the feedback forms from the patients.
Any other job assigned by the management then and there.
Taking care of Tele consultations & Multi consultations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
