Hospital marketing manager

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hospital Marketing Manager to drive patient engagement, referrals, and brand visibility for our hospital. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in healthcare marketing , strong networking skills, and the ability to develop strategic marketing plans. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Patient Acquisition Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners . Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, health camps, and corporate wellness programs . Brand Promotion & Outreach Enhance the hospital’s visibility through offline & online marketing campaigns . Collaborate with media, digital agencies, and PR teams for promotions. Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials. Doctor & Corporate Engagement Liaise with specialists, consultants, and healthcare providers for referrals. Develop partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, and TPAs . Market Research & Analysis Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities . Gather patient feedback to improve services and satisfaction . Key Requirements • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field). • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing . • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with doctors & corporates. • Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and be open to travel. • Good knowledge of digital marketing & branding strategies . • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
