Hospital marketing manager

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote Dental hospital services and programs, identify market opportunities, and increase patient engagement.

• Conduct outreach to clinics, corporates, schools, and residential associations to promote dental hospital services.
• Conduct market research to understand patient needs, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Build and maintain a referral marketing network with doctors, clinics and organizations.
• Prepare and send marketing mails, proposals, and promotional materials to potential patients.
• Assist in organizing in-house promotional activities, health talks, and patient engagement programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with the hospital to develop monthly marketing plans and activity calendars.
• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the hospital’s values in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate field visits and events independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
