Job Summary:

Hospital Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including administration, staff management, and facility maintenance.
• Implement and monitor hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage hospital budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, government regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain patient satisfaction and handle complaints or feedback promptly.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and vendor management.
• Supervise hiring, training, and evaluation of administrative and support staff.
• Lead initiatives to improve hospital efficiency and patient experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5–6 years of proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hospital management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
