Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3

    –5 years of experience

    , with at least

    2 years in hospital administration

  • Prior experience in managing mid-to-large-sized hospitals (200+ beds) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations of the hospital
  • Coordinate with clinical, paramedical, HR, finance, housekeeping, security, and other support departments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms including NABH and local laws
  • Manage hospital budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control
  • Implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive patient satisfaction, grievance redressal, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support the hospital leadership team in strategic planning and execution

Skills Required:

  • Strong administrative, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in hospital management systems and software
  • Good understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
