Role & responsibilities Perform eye surgeries including cataract, glaucoma, retina, corneal transplants, LASIK, and other procedures as required. Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnostics using advanced ophthalmic equipment. Develop treatment plans for eye diseases and disorders, both surgical and non-surgical. Monitor post-operative progress and provide aftercare instructions and medications. Collaborate with other specialists (optometrists, retina specialists, etc.) as needed for multidisciplinary care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Participate in clinical training, research activities, and continuing education programs.
