Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities

Initiation and Planning

• Understand target plan from the lead and assist in preparing quarterly/monthly schedule plan and resource planning
• Determine the quantities and put requisition accordingly, understand drawings & ensure completion of work keeping aesthetic sense
• Maintain proper tree trimming, transplanting & maintain tree inventory as per municipal authority guidelines
• Improve aesthetic value of project & fulfill environmental need of municipal authorities
• Assist in planning of vendors - Site visits and explanation of their scope of work
• Maintain records of material and labour, check contractors bill for any errors
• Ensures maintenance activity, finalize systems considering nature of work, field conditions & submit report for work order preparation
• Define scope of work and methodology for the project and allocate work with clear job responsibilities to labour resources

Coordination

• Ensure smooth co-ordination with other department, contractor / agencies for completion of work on schedule
• Attend site coordination meetings with other departments/vendors and get the queries resolved with other stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects & purchase department for purchase of specifications needed by the landscapist

Quality

• Maintain strict quality control in all work activities, prepare method statements and checklists and make sure same is followed strictly on site
• Ensure all safety procedures as directed by engineers are followed on site
• Keep records of all incidents / accidents and make document on lessons learnt
• Minimize wastage and make optimum use of resources
• Maintenance of landscape after handing over to HFM (post development
