Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) and optimize accordingly Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns when needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar Good understanding of analytics tools and performance reporting Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends, reels, and short-form video content Experience with basic video editing is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
