Role Description This is a remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's social media platforms, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and creating digital marketing campaigns. The role also includes analyzing metrics, engaging with the online community, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Strong expertise in Content Strategy, Storytelling, and Brand Positioning. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite). Familiarity with SEO basics and how social media ties into overall digital marketing strategy. Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut). Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). Strong understanding of analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, social media insights dashboards). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter). Manage and optimize social media accounts for maximum visibility and lead generation. Design eye-catching graphics and short-form videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. Execute targeted paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-native analytics. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
