Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:
Lead the homologation process for new vehicle models, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Documentation Management:
Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for homologation submissions, including technical files and test reports.
Coordination with Authorities:
Liaise with regulatory bodies, testing agencies, and certification authorities to facilitate the homologation process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and product development teams to ensure all vehicle specifications meet homologation requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor changes in regulations and standards, recommending adjustments to processes and practices to maintain compliance.
Testing Oversight:
Oversee testing procedures for vehicles, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted and results are documented accurately.

Technical / Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of automotive regulations and standards (e.g., UNECE, FMVSS).
Proven experience in managing homologation projects from start to finish.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficient in project management tools and regulatory compliance software.

Education background-Essential:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master s degree or MBA preferred.
