You will need to understand customer requirements, provide suitable loan solutions, and assist them in the documentation and application processes. Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization will be crucial. Timely follow-up with potential customers and maintaining strong relationships for repeat business will also be a part of your role. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the home loan sector will be essential. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursals.
