Job Description

As a Home Loan Sales Professional, your role involves identifying, sourcing, and acquiring new customers for home loan products through various channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, real estate agents, connectors, and developers to generate leads effectively. Understanding customer needs and providing suitable loan solutions in compliance with bank/NBFC policy will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring timely completion of documentation, KYC, and loan processing, as well as coordinating with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding. Achieving assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis, staying updated on market trends, competitor products, and interest rates, delivering exceptional customer service, and participating in marketing activities are essential for success in this role. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - Experience: 15 years (for Executive/Officer) or 5+ years (for Manager) in home loans, mortgage, or retail lending. - Strong understanding of home loan policies, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
