Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Against Property (LAP)Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer–oriented Telecaller for our Loan Against Property department. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team for closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure timely document submission. Update daily call logs, lead status, and customer interactions in the system. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead generation targets. Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling (LAP/Loan sales preferred). Basic understanding of financial products, especially Loan Against Property. Comfortable making outbound calls.
