Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Sourcing:

Source customers for
Loan Against Property
through field visits, references, cold calls, and channel partners.
Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, builders, and open market activities.
Achieve monthly business targets for LAP.

Customer Handling:

Meet customers, understand loan requirements, and explain eligible loan products.
Collect documents and ensure complete file submission.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat & referral business.

Loan Processing:

Coordinate with credit team for file approval and follow-ups.
Handle property verification, valuation, and legal formalities.
Ensure fast TAT for loan disbursal.

Market & Competitor Awareness:

Keep updated knowledge of property rates, competitor products, and interest rates.
Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain daily MIS and update lead status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC guidelines.
