Job Description

Role Overview:

lighting, HVAC, security, access control, motorized curtains, smart locks, RFID gates, parking systems, video surveillance, and more

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement integrated home automation solutions tailored to client requirements.
Configure and program automation platforms (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX).
Integrate devices and systems such as:

CCTV surveillance systems
Biometric access control
Smart lighting solutions
Motorized curtains and blinds
Smart locks and security systems
RFID wing and sliding gates for access control and parking
Video Door Phones (VDP)
Network Video Recorders (NVR) and Video Management Systems (VMS)
Point-to-Point (PTP) wireless connectivity
Public Address (PA) systems
Boom barriers and turnstiles
Sliding glass doors automation
Fire alarms and smoke detectors

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for smooth operation.
Collaborate with electricians, AV specialists, and networking teams for installation.
Provide technical documentation and user training.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with home automation systems and integration.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi setup).
Familiarity with automation platforms and protocols (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave).
Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, RFID gates, NVR/VMS, and smart security devices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
