Holiday Consultant

We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant (Sales) to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their travel needs, customize travel packages accordingly, and achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels (walk-ins, calls, leads) to identify their holiday requirements. - Create personalized domestic and international holiday packages based on customer preferences. - Convert leads into confirmed sales, meeting monthly revenue targets. - Possess in-depth knowledge of destinations, hotels, and itineraries to provide accurate information to customers. - Collaborate with internal operations, suppliers, and partners to obtain quotations and make bookings. - Address customer queries, provide follow-up support, and ensure post-sale assistance. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate reports, and keep detailed client communication logs. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field. - Have 1-6 years of experience in travel sales or consulting. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with GDS, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous. - Demonstrate a strong sales drive and target-oriented approach. - Showcase a genuine passion for travel and assisting others in planning memorable experiences.
