Divisions: Air Ticketing, Holidays, Visa Services & Study Abroad

A Holiday Consultant is responsible for creating exceptional travel experiences for customers by understanding their preferences and delivering personalised holiday solutions. The role involves providing expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodation, travel insurance, and activities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning and booking holidays tailored to their needs and budgets.
  • Provide expert recommendations on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel products.
  • Handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Prepare customised holiday packages including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and insurance.
  • Ensure accurate booking, documentation, and payment processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.
  • Upsell relevant products such as upgrades, excursions, and insurance.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel products.
  • Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs quickly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., GDS/CRS) and MS Office.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry (retail or corporate).
  • Familiarity with visa procedures, ticketing, and holiday packaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
