Full job description

Rolex Travel & Tours is looking for a passionate and energetic Travel Consultant to join our travel team! As a Travel Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers-handling call enquiries, explaining package details, and helping convert leads into memorable travel bookings.

You will be responsible for promoting and converting both international and domestic travel packages (including popular destinations like Manali and other Indian getaways).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming travel enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Provide detailed explanations of holiday packages, including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.

- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through clear communication and strong follow-up.

- Maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.

- Coordinate with internal teams for customized travel plans when needed.

- Stay updated with latest travel trends, offers, and destinations.

- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in travel & tourism industry is an added advantage.

- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

- Strong customer service and persuasive skills.

- Basic knowledge of major domestic and international travel destinations.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
