Visa Consultant

We are a reputed travel company based in Calicut, Kerala , looking for an experienced Visa Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge Visa processes for all major countries especially GCC and be capable of handling end-to-end visa documentation and coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete visa application process for multiple countries (tourist, business, and other categories).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and processing timelines.
• Manage visa fee payments, receipts, and related documentation.
• Keep proper records of applications, approvals, and rejections.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on application status.
• Assist in resolving queries and issues related to visa processing

Key Requirements:

• Should have prior experience in Visa Department
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation, guidelines, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
