Role Description (Internship / Entry Level)

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with visa application preparation and documentation
• Reviewing client information and required paperwork
• Researching visa rules, country policies, and eligibility requirements
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of applications
• Maintaining organized client records and application updates
• Supporting senior consultants during client consultations
• Assisting clients with basic pre-departure and post-arrival guidance

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visa processing requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience or interest in Consulting and client-facing roles
• Understanding or background in Immigration processes and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively and ensure attention to detail
• Knowledge of visa categories and policies for various countries is an advantage
• Proficiency in using office tools and maintaining accurate documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field is preferred
