Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in New Delhi/Faridabad.The Visa Consultant will assist clients with immigration and visa applications, providing timely and accurate consulting services. Responsibilities include advising clients on visa requirements, ensuring compliance with immigration processes, and addressing client inquiries. Additional tasks include coordinating with relevant authorities and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Immigration Issues and Visas, including requirements and processes
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills for interacting effectively with clients
• Knowledge and experience with immigration policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the education or international consultancy sector preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
