Visa Consultant – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to guide clients through visa application processes for various countries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines for different countries.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing all necessary documents for visa applications.
• Handle application forms, appointment scheduling, and submission of files to embassies/consulates.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with clients regularly regarding the status of their applications.
• Maintain records of client cases and update internal systems.
• Advise clients on travel insurance, forex, and other related services (if applicable).
• Resolve client queries and provide professional guidance throughout the process.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong counseling and client-handling abilities.

· Proven experience in sales, business development, or immigration consulting (preferred).

· Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

· Self-motivated and eager to achieve target

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
