Market Insights and Strategy Enhancement: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, providing strategic insights. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in tendering approaches. Negotiation and Contract Finalization: Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, focusing on achieving optimal terms and fostering long-term partnerships. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in tendering, sales, or business development within the petrochemical industry. Proven leadership experience, including managing and motivating high-performing teams. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of petrochemical products, industry trends, and market dynamics. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information for strategic decision-making.
