• Track and optimise KPIs such as engagement, retention, and system performance

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time

• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall platform functionality

• Stay current with climate-tech and carbon-market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Product Design, Computer Science

  , or related field

• 5+ years

  experience in software or data-driven product platforms
• Strong understanding of

  UX, user behaviour, and product analytics

• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams

• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills

• Experience working with globally distributed or remote teams

• Passion for climate innovation and sustainability

• Working knowledge of AI tools and best practices

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Sustainability, or related field
• Prior experience in

  climate-tech, digital MRV, carbon accounting, or environmental data systems

• Experience in early-stage or mission-driven startups

• Hands-on experience with Figma

• Multilingual proficiency
