SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing key Microsoft 365 services, including ServiceNow, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive, supporting end-user productivity and IT service delivery. With a strong focus on security, compliance, and user experience, this position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a scalable, reliable, and efficient IT environment. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Experience:
  • Service Desk Analyst: 4-7 years
  • Service Desk Lead: 10-12 years

Location: Pune

Mandatory skills: ServiceNow, Intune, M365, SharePoint, OneDrive

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow service management platform, including incident, request, and change management workflows.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and security policy enforcement.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint and OneDrive, ensuring optimal performance, access controls, and data governance.
  • Implement and monitor security and compliance policies across cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to endpoint management, cloud services, and user access.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and service enhancements.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system health, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on performance data.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow administration and service management processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and device compliance.
  • In - depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, particularly SharePoint and OneDrive, including collaboration, permissions, and data retention policies.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and identity management (e.g., Azure AD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
