Job Description

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Deployment and functional validation of e-Retail/RefX products across desktop, KIOSK, mobile apps, and chatbots.
Coordinate with customers, product teams, and stakeholders for requirement analysis and implementation.
Support functional validation, cutover, and production issues (PTRs & CRs).
Prepare and maintain technical and business documentation.
Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end SDLC delivery.
Work in
Agile / SAFe Agile
environments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

6+ years
of hands-on experience in Business Analyst with QA.
Mandatory Airline domain experience
(Airline Reservation Systems, GDS, DCS).
Strong knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, NgRX, RxJS
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
